We are very interested in what you - our campers and parents - have to say about your experience with Camp Sweeney.

Directions:
* Please wait until the session is over before completing survey.
* You must complete the entire survey at one time. You cannot stop and save your answers.
* This survey only takes about 10 minutes max.
* One survey per camper for each session registered. For example, if camper is registered in first session only, complete one survey. If camper is registered in first and second sessions, complete a survey for each session.
